This play is not as popular as it should be. It's a very emotional roller coaster ride for three adolescents, two of which are siblings. It has a simple setting with very funky characters that just awaken the silly monster inside of you. I bought this play to use Juniper's popular monologue "I kissed a boy once..." Great play for teenagers.
I enjoyed this simple play. I wanted it to take on a little more depth but it has some very interesting components.
My daughter found this play quite by accident when searching for a monologue to use for her college audition. She found a perfect one in this script for her and the audition panel commented how much they like it. She is considering using it for a blackbox performance next year. Fun story with some wonderful underlying ethical themes.
